Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by a friendly and accommodating staff member. Before booking, we requested a room with a bath, and we were pleased to find that our request was honored. The room, while a standard size, featured several thoughtful touches that brought a smile to our faces, such as a handwritten welcome note, chocolates, and a few delightful surprises that I won’t spoil for you. The hotel’s vibe is primarily geared toward young adults, but as a couple in our 40s, we felt completely welcomed and at ease. The location is fantastic—just steps from the metro station, with only three stops to the city center and four to Centraal Station. Trains are frequent, arriving every few minutes. The surrounding area also offers excellent amenities, including a well-stocked supermarket, wonderful restaurants (Veganeese was a delightful surprise), and vibrant bars, such as the hotel's own bar and the Canvas bar across the street, which boasts stunning city views. We took advantage of the beautiful weather and walked back to Centraal Station, enjoying a scenic 30-35 minute stroll through the charming streets of Amsterdam.

The location is amazing we hired bikes and was in the centre within 10/15 minutes so easy to find also the metro is a 2 minute walk and again 3 stops on your in the center. I upgraded but wasn't happy with the room what so ever as part of the wall was hanging off 😬 went down the next morning and said about it and within minutes we are upgraded to the top room which was amazing!!! The girl could not of done more for us wish I remembered her name - there was building works going on which we got told when we checked in and was told it would be between 9-5 but it started at 8am after a late flight we wasn't best pleased but again the young lady noted it and delt with it amazingly and the next morning we didnt hear anything until just after 9. Even with them faults we will for sure return when visiting amsterdam again. Location and staff made this one of the best places we have stayed. Highly recommend. The signature room is the one to book for sure.

The location is perfect. Right next to the metro station in 2 -3 stops you are in the historical center. The area is quiet. It is a very good option really because you are very close to everything and don't have to overpay for a hotel. The room was modest and small, but clean and comfortable. The Hub has a lot of well organised public ares for work and meetings. The breakfast was very good with many options for all tastes. the restaurant is also open for lunch and dinner and I had all my dinners there. The menu is not big, but enough and the food was good. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Clean, practical, innovative facilities, with work spaces and rooms, casual cafe, funky social areas, bar, restaurant and gym. Great location in a diverse neighbourhood not too far out of the buzz. The food in the restaurant was superb, the service at the bars and check-in was efficient and caring. The rooms were a great size with everything you could need. The little extras like chocolates, tea, coffee and water, were thoughtful additions. The staff were friendly, helpful and genuinely happy in their work. Their joy was contagious.

The breakfast was really value for money if someone use to eat at that time of day. Eating in Amsterdam is generally expensive. The open space rest area (hotel lobby) was unusual but very interesting and lovely. People use to play ping-pong, billiard. We used to play cards. The cleaning lady left a note in our room, telling us that she didnt clean the bed, because we have left some personal belongings on it. That made us a good impression. All our claims were satisfied thanks to the very helpful staff. Bravo to all of you.
